About the Staff

We understand that our service is only as good as those delivering it. Therefore, we train our staff with state-of-the-art interactive programs developed by national trade industry experts; thereby allowing each staff member to benefit from hands-on training prior to dealing with live calls. Consistent monitoring and interaction by our customer service department assure that quality continues on a daily basis. Our goals are to provide high quality, professional service with a friendly attitude and smile in our voice.

We have telereceptionists (T/Rs) that have been with our company nearly 10 years and our average T/R has been with us 3 years. The majority of our staff are bilingual and can converse with many of our customer's Spanish speaking callers - even when our customer can't!
