About Our Technology

Utilizing the latest in advanced call center technologies, Tel-Us Call Center is proud to be an active member in the StarTel National Users Group (SNUG) and in our industry association, Association of TeleServices International (ATSI). Both of these organizations are committed to keeping its members up-to-date with the latest technology available to our industry.

Our digital equipment is the most current generation, fully redundant Data Processor (DP) and Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) switch distributed and manufactured by StarTel/Comverse USA combined with a Trilogue Voice Mail System. We utilize a combination of software including StartTel Call Answer Mode and Order Entry II, Doyle Logan Software specially created for us by Patrick Rockhill of TeleService Technologies, along with our customer's sites...
