We have years of experience working with Animal Hospitals and Veterinary Clinics. Our telephone receptionists are experts in lending a compassionate and sympathetic ear to callers who are worried and sometimes distraught over their pet’s poor condition. We are here to help 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We accurately collect information for the office or if it is urgent, we’ll immediately dispatch to the tech or Doctor on-call.
We know that our pets are our family. When an animal is hurt, or sicks and in need of care, we can help you to help your cusotmers and ultmately the patients.
Whatever your protocol is, we can set up an account to follow the procedures you would have in your own office. We promptly deliver messages and dispatch calls to the appropriate professionals. Your patients will appreciate the ease with which they can reach you through us.
